The Makers Festival

VENDOR TERMS

Vendor Terms were agreed upon in two check boxes during checkout of vendor fees.

The MakeShift Union and Stafford Township are not responsible for any injury or loss that may arise or come to the vendor and his/her property while said persons are on the festival premises or during arrival/departure there from.

The Makers Festival is a rain or shine event. Though it is recommended that you bring a tent for your space, it is not required. 

In the event of severe inclement weather, you will be notified of cancellation of the festival, however vendor fees are non-refundable.

One 8 foot table & 2 chairs will be included in 10x10 space. Vendors must provide their own signage & décor.

Vendors must keep their area in good order, and vendor must clean their area at end of event.

*A 50% refund will be given if a vendor cancels before JUNE 1ST with confirmed receipt of email correspondence. After June 1st, all vendor fees are non-refundable.
